Business Process Optimization
Authority Software products are built for easy customization, to meet the specific needs of your organization. Our core product, the Enterprise Authority platform, is designed to optimize the performance of any entities across an entire corporate business process. Architected to manage across an entire supplier, company and / or client structure, the system creates an Authority that forces adherence to, and reports progress against, your criteria for success, around the clock. Our products are built for rapid deployment and can be easily configured for your needs without additional development.

Tiered Metrics
Our Metrics capabilities allow users to take common data and make different decisions based on the thresholds that occur as activities cause changes in the actual results against percentages of tolerances. For example, if an average ASA (Speed of Answer) is within 20% of the SLI for a client you may want the system to inform a Contact Center Supervisor so that they can take action. If the same ASA reaches 10% you can configure the system to escalate to the next level of management. In essence the system watches changes in performance against any SLI, Performance or Profitability factor and takes immediate action to resolve the issue as close to the problem as possible before the situation deteriorates.
Events and Actions
Events and Actions are a component of the system that delivers on the promise of Business Process Optimization. Any task that occurs in the system can be established as an Event that makes a subsequent Action occur. These are configurable. There are no limits on the number of Events that can be established and the number of Actions that occurs per Event is unlimited as well. By way of example our Mortgage Authority vertical takes a prequalification loan request and performs auto notifications to back officer personnel to start the activities to secure this piece of business. At a later step in the process if a loan request is converted into a loan file a full processing schedule of tasks is created with assigned responsibilities and task start and end dates. Lastly if a task is not completed on schedule email notifications are made to the party responsible for the task and their line manager.

Through a combination of our proprietary Enterprise Authority system and state-of-the-art presentation tools (Crystal Reports and Qlikview) Authority Software can deliver robust business intelligence solutions to companies in a fraction of the time, and at a fraction of the associated cost of traditional solutions. The ease of deployment is the result of a fully configurable architecture that lets the system adjust to any environment without time consuming development efforts. Within the Authority architecture clients can configure their own criteria for success and match it against actual data from their production business applications to rapidly create Dashboards for managing the environment at any level.

This platform is the foundation for all the vertical market Authorities. It helps you track and compare critical performance indicators, set benchmarks, manage resources, and provide actionable real-time data to key people.
MORTGAGE AUTHORITY™
Mortgage Authority – This vertical is capable of managing any processing flow in a financial services organization. It was created to help mortgage brokers manage the complete flow of a mortgage brokerage operation, from lead to loan-finding and post-closing quality assurance, and these same features apply to any loan processing or account opening function. CASE STUDIES
Mortgage Authority
Business Problem: The client was a large, rapidly growing mortgage broker in Florida. While the results for the company were wildly successful, it was only two years old, and was already suffering from growing pains. They were using an industry standard loan origination system but their back office operational procedures and policies were being managed with spreadsheets and manual forms.
Solution Provided: We used our EA platform to create a new vertical – Mortgage Authority – that replaced the client’s manual forms and queue-managing spreadsheets with system-generated pipelines and a complete set of automated forms. Mortgage Authority helped our client streamline the entire loan process, including lead management, pre-qualification, loan process, loan officer commissions, and post-closing verification. Loan handling times were reduced by 75%, and the system also gave the client integrated digital file storage to replace all loan paperwork. Our “Tiered Metrics” and “Events and Actions” modules let the client preempt processing delays by identifying potential issues (missing paperwork, managing loan conditions to completion, etc) and alerting the proper party through the system, via email and text messaging.
Agency Authority
Business Problem: Our client, a New York based advertising and marketing firm, has a customer base that demands maximum return on their media dollars and the associated contact handling and fulfillment processes. The agency manages the creative process, along with the selection of media and processing vendors to manage back-end traffic. With the client’s previous system, each data source was independent of the others, so ensuring success was a labor intensive, error prone process.
Solution Provided: Using the EA platform as a baseline, we created Agency Authority. The system uses all of the capabilities of the product for managing Three by Seven and also incorporates an additional dimension – tracking the cost and assignment of media across any media type (Radio, TV, Internet, Print, etc.). By bringing together all of the statistics for media and production, with user pre-defined criteria for success at every level, the agency and their clients can now get an immediate and accurate perspective on productivity and profitability that is unmatched in the industry.
