The Experts Outsourcing Division has managed large-scale verification projects for high-technology clients.
Our very first IV&V project engagement was a safety-critical airborne avionics system. Fifty-five engineers
were assigned to that project, organized into managed skills teams for source code inspections, software
requirements rework, software module integration testing, hardware-software integration testing, and low-level
modified condition/decision coverage. Since then, we have successfully executed dozens of IV&V projects on everything from Internet and intranet to safety critical automotive and avionics systems. We are experts in formal verification methodologies, both military and commercial.
We can support any size of IV&V project from just one or two engineers, to several hundred. Verification is
generally the most labor-intensive component of any software project’s execution phase. Most companies have
neither the employees nor the facilities to rapidly staff such an effort. Also, we have found that most
engineering organizations would prefer to remain at level headcount, therefore opting for an Outsourcing
approach during such peak-demand times.
The Experts will supply all levels of the IV&V project including management, junior and senior engineers,
software quality assurance, regulatory compliance liaison, and process managers.
