Mr. Hoshko has over ten years of experience in management, operations and customer service within the professional services industry.

Mr. Hoshko joined The Experts as Director of Operations in January of 2003, to manage operations, client services, human resources and payroll.

Promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2004, Mr. Hoshko is responsible for overseeing the company's operations, contracts, human resources and corporate governance - establishing and enforcing the company's policies & procedures. In addition, Mr. Hoshko serves as the Facility Security Officer, administering the company's facility security clearance.

Prior to joining The Experts, Mr. Hoshko held executive management roles for two award winning property management firms, where he was the key individual to establish the business operations from the ground up.

Mr. Hoshko started his career as a Technical Recruiter and later the Accounts Payable Manager for Computer Professionals, Inc. (acquired by MPS Group).

Mr. Hoshko earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration - Mass Communications from the University of Florida.

Mr. Morton has been a Senior Financial Executive for private and publicly held companies for over fifteen years.

As Chief Financial Officer for The Experts, Mr. Morton, heads the company's Financial, Accounting and Legal Departments.

Prior to joining The Experts, Mr. Morton has served as Chief Financial Officer in two public companies the latter being Technisource, Inc., an IT consulting firm, where he served on the board of Directors and was instrumental in taking the company Public in 1998.

Mr. Morton held the position of controller at Office Depot, while the company was completing its initial public offering. He has also held financial positions in FORTUNE 100 companies along with several successful startup companies.

Earlier, Mr. Morton gained experience in public accounting at KPMG in Chicago while earning is CPA Certificate.

Mr. Morton is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and earned an MBA in Finance from Southern Illinois University.

Mr. Zanki has over ten years of experience in the IT Services industry as a Technical Recruiter, Account Manager and Regional Vice President.

As Chief Strategy Officer of The Experts, Mr. Zanki assists the President with corporate strategy. In addition, Mr. Zanki drives internal and external growth by developing existing branch offices, opening new markets, supporting new customers and supporting large projects.

Mr. Zanki is a founding principal of The Experts and plays a major role in staff development and mentoring.

He started in the IT industry with Technisource, Inc. and was ranked as the #1 Technical Recruiter in the company and was promoted to Branch Manager after only nine months of employment, becoming the youngest Branch Manager in the company's history. Mr. Zanki opened their New Jersey office and within three years grew the operation to over $11.5 million.

Mr. Zanki was later promoted to Vice President of the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic IT Staffing Divisions of Technisource, Inc. which included management responsibilities of the New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and North Carolina branches. He was recognized year after year for having the most productive region (of five regions) in terms of having the highest number of top revenue producers and maintaining the highest net margins. In addition, Mr. Zanki was recognized for seven consecutive years as a President's Club member for personal performance.

Before Technisource, Mr. Zanki worked in the financial industry for Gruntal and Company as a Financial Advisor.

Mr. Zanki earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing at Rider University.

Mr. King has over ten years of commercial and government IT and Engineering experience as a Technical Recruiter, Account Manager, and Regional Account Manager for Outsourcing services.

As Executive Vice President of The Experts, Mr. King heads up the Government Solutions Division, establishing the company's DC Metropolitan operations.

Mr. King's expertise includes strategy and positioning of The Experts in the metro DC area, profit and loss responsibility, developing IT and Engineering services business with government agencies, and supplying consultants on large civil and defense projects.

Mr. King has negotiated key subcontract agreements and GSA rates, increasing revenues by over 200% annually through solid placements and understanding clients' needs.

Prior to joining The Experts, Mr. King was a successful executive with Technisource, Inc., a public company providing technology services nationally. Mr. King was responsible for developing relationships with executive-level contacts of FORTUNE 500 companies, management of over 125 employees and sales - generating over $27 million in annual revenue.

During his first six months with Technisource, Mr. King was named the top national Technical Recruiter and set a new company record for the highest gross profit in the company's history. He was rapidly promoted into a series of positions including Account Manager and Regional Manager. He also received further accolades as the top-selling Account Manager nationwide and annual membership in the company's President's Club which recognizes the company's top performers.

Mr. King earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Alabama State University (AL).

Mr. McLean has over twenty years of IT recruiting experience as Technical Recruiter, Account Manager, Branch Manager and Regional Vice President of private and public IT consulting firms.

As Executive Vice President of The Experts, Mr. McLean heads up the Commercial Services Division. He is a founding principal of The Experts and manages the national recruiting center for the company.

Prior to Mr. McLean's tenure with The Experts, Mr. McLean opened branch offices and supported business in Washington DC; Cleveland, Ohio and throughout Florida for a public IT consulting company. He was ranked the number one recruiter and account manager from 1985 through 1993 and then became the youngest Vice President in the company's history.

Mr. McLean negotiated the initial national contracts with AT&T, IBM, and American Express, resulting in sales in excess of $40M annually; which garnered him a member of the company's President's Club for nineteen consecutive years.

Responsibilities have included selling IT staffing solutions, recruiting IT professionals, hiring and training new employees, managing multiple offices and implementing offices from corporate mergers.

Mr. McLean earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts.

Mr. Hoshko has over nine years of industry sales and marketing experience.

Mr. Hoshko joined The Experts on 2003 and was Recruiting Manager. In this position, he was responsible for the company's interface with the contract labor force, as well as the personal and professional development of The Experts' internal recruiting staff.

In recognition for delivering high profile accounts, Mr. Hoshko was quickly promoted to National Account Manager and Director of Business Development. As a National Account Manager, he was responsible for identifying federal and commercial contracts, and determining a teaming strategy on which we could assist in supporting those contracts. Mr. Hoshko also developed corporate marketing strategies and negotiated pricing and terms of contracts.

Mr. Hoshko was promoted to Vice President of Business Development in August of 2008. His continued success in obtaining national contracts with FORTUNE 500 companies is on-going proof that his recent promotion is well deserved. He is responsible for supporting the technical expertise and creativity behind some high profile and detrimental projects awarded to the US Government as well as Commercial/Enterprise-level clients. In addition, Mr. Hoshko is responsible for evaluating, developing and expanding into new markets and locations to support national business opportunities.

Mr. Hoshko earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Barry University.

Ms. Beck has over fifteen years of experience providing Information Technology consulting solutions.

As Managing Partner, Ms. Beck is Principal of The Experts Financial Services Group.

Ms. Beck is responsible for expanding the Financial Services vertical market to FORTUNE companies globally and, negotiating multi-million dollar contracts annually.

She started in the Information Technology industry as a Technical Recruiter and within one year, received "Rookie of the Year" award and recognized as one of the top five recruiters company-wide for performance.

Ms. Beck transitioned seamlessly into a business development role for a large publicly traded consulting firm with the responsibility of selling IT and Professional Services to large FORTUNE companies, government agencies, utility companies, and banks. Ms. Beck was consistently recognized as top performer and acknowledged in company's President's Club each year. She was recognized as only person company-wide to receive multiple awards for both sales performance and overall branch success within a given year.

Ms. Beck was promoted to Branch Manager, overseeing successful growth of what became one of the company's few "A" Branches based on revenue, cost savings initiatives, and profitability.

Her expertise in IT and Financial Consulting solutions, coupled with her management experience, later resulted in Ms. Beck joining a major FORTUNE financial services corporation where she was tasked with developing their national internal consulting practice from the ground floor up. She marketed and delivered 'best in class' resources for Information Technology, high-level financial services, and management consulting engagements.
